New Delhi: Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut believes that walking
is a great way to achieve holistic health and people must apply the rule
"30 minutes of daily walking" in their lives.
Kangana and her co-star of "Rangoon", Saif Ali Khan, marked the fifth edition of the Max Bupa Walk for Health Sunday event among thousands of people from the city.
The actress believes that spending time on walking and health should not be an option.
"Walking is a great way to achieve holistic health and everyone from 6 to 60 (age) must apply the rule of" 30 minutes of daily walking "in their lives. Ten thousand daily steps can do wonders cheers. Consciously, "she said in a statement.
