We had already reported that Nithya Menon was attached to playing the female lead in the new Vijay film in the direction of Atlee. The latest news is that the star actress has joined the filming earlier today.
Initially, Jyothika was supposed to play the role but left the project halfway for unknown projects. Already, the film has two other heroine stars in the form of Samantha and Kajal Aggarwal.
