The Queen Elizabeth II honor the Indian celebrities

In October 1997, legendary actor-director Kamal Haasan invited Queen Elizabeth II to the inaugural ceremony of her most ambitious action drama of the period, Marudhanayagam. After almost 20 years, Kamal obtains the honor of the Queen at the Buckingham Palace, United Kingdom.

Kamal Haasan was one of the guests of honor at the reception hosted by the Queen at the Palace yesterday to mark the launch of the Year of Great Britain-India 2017 celebrations.

Malayalam star Suresh Gopi, legendary cricketer Kapil Dev, singer Punjabi and actor Gurdas Mann, Bollywood stylists Manish Malhotra and Manish Arora and sitar exhibitor Anoushka Shankar were the rest of the guests at the big event.
